What we treat

Three areas where physician-directed care matters most.

Full service list →

Sports injury rehabilitation

Manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and progressive loading for acute and chronic athletic injuries. Built on three years of trauma-medicine experience at Executive ER Beverly Hills.

Performance optimization

Functional movement assessment plus clinical strength and conditioning for athletes managing fatigue, asymmetry, and end-range performance limits.

Endurance-athlete care

Cyclist, runner, and multi-sport endurance recovery. Coached APLA Team to End AIDS marathon team for sports-injury management and performance.

How care works

Three steps from the first visit to the return to your sport.

  1. Diagnostic-grade movement assessment

Functional movement screening and clinical examination identify the exact joint, soft tissue, and neuromuscular drivers of the symptom — not just where it hurts.

  2. Manual therapy and functional rehab

Hands-on chiropractic, soft tissue work, and progressive loading restore range of motion, reduce protective guarding, and rebuild tissue tolerance under physiologic load.

  3. Strength & conditioning to return

Clinical strength and conditioning closes the gap between “pain free” and “ready to train, ride, race, or play.” The discharge bar is sport-specific, not symptom-specific.
